E. Howard & Co., Boston, No. 11 "Keyhole" time only 8 day weight driven, in rosewood grained cherry case, c1890
CONDITION:
Dial, hands, tablet, baffle and pendulum are original; tablet is flaking considerably in central red area. Original finish and graining are intact. Lead weight is a replacement. Has a well made pinned plate movement, held in the case with 4 heavy brass Howard tabs, movement bears the number "5", which used this same movement. Note also that center retaining screw is absent, but can be replaced. The pendulum bob has a fancy damascene pattern. Ht 31"
